    Our number one pick is one of Barcelona's best kept secrets. Tucked away off Plaza Sant Just, Ginger bar acts as both cocktail and wine bar. Some say that it strongly resembles an airport lounge with its dim lighting, cushioned old school arm chairs and small wooden tables. Yet Ginger is a charming, cozy, three story lounge bar with delicious tapas and well made drinks, a perfect place to begin the evening or end for a few drinks after dinner.

    Right around the corner from Ginger, our number six pick is the place to be at the end of a big night out. Macarena Club is renowned for its late night djs and ability to cram more than capacity into its tiny venue. The bar area is about as big as the dance floor, with a small raised bench at the very front which most people use as a stage.

    Taking it down a notch, Bar Tequila, our number eight pick, is perfect for bachelor parties and hard rock, heavy metal lovers. This bar is unique in that it has head phones hanging from the ceiling which allows clients to listen to the bar's music on a more intense level, blocking out other distracting 'bar sounds'. Music videos are displayed on the overhead T.V. providing for a karaoke like atmosphere sans the stage
