  • If you're looking for a tasty meal at an affordable price, Barcelona has more than enough options. Not only do most restaurants have a menu del dia during lunch, where you can usually get a three course meal for under 12 euros, but there's plenty of delicious, classy restaurants where you can eat cheaply.

    For under ten euros our number one pick is the perfect venue for cheap meals in Barcelona. La Botiga has great tapas including meat, fish, salad, seafood, all decently sized portions and more than affordable prices. You can have a filling meal, glass of wine and dessert for around ten euros.

    Slightly pricier than Botiga, but still on the affordable side, is the popular Re-Pla restaurant. Created due to the incredible success of its more upscale and classier sister restaurant, Pla, Re-Pla is a cheaper alternative, featuring the same fresh food in a slightly more relaxed atmosphere.

    And if you're looking for a cheap Mexican option, La Rosa Negra is your best bet. Centrally located on Via Laietana, this is a good place for lunch, dinner or just a few shots of tequila before going on a big night out. It sports a fun, energetic atmosphere with quality food at very reasonable prices.
