Barcelona has a wide variety of restaurants throughout the city including some delicious and very well known ones close to Gaudi's Parc Guell. If you're looking to snack, lunch or dine for dinner there are several places either a quick walk or short metro ride away from the Park. It's important to note that there is a kiosk inside the park where one can get a few snacks and even sit down for a pitcher of sangria and spend a few hours in the sun before going for a more elaborate meal.
Our number one pick is a very quick metro ride away from the park on the green line. Kibuka is known for its fresh sushi and lively atmosphere, especially on weekends. This is an ideal date place, but be sure to go early as they don't take reservations and are always packed.
If you head a bit further into the Eixample neighborhood, about a 25 minute walk from the park or a quick five minute cab ride, our number three pick is a recent addition to the Barcelona culinary scene. Meatpacking Bistro is a slice of New York in the center of Barcelona. Fruity cocktails and a range of hamburgers, nachos, salads and even brunch dishes, this is a great place to eat dinner or even just to have a few drinks.
Our number ten pick is not far from the Meatpacking Bistro and has some of the best tapas in the city. Veering on the towards 'higher-end' tapas, Paco Meralgo is airy, spacious and has efficient and friendly service.
