• On the coast north of Barcelona in Canet de Mar, Casa Roura opened in late 2008 inside a fabulous building that it is considered one of the masterpieces of the Modernist architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Great atmosphere, excellent food and service are the signature of Casa Roura. The beautiful tableware echoes the modernist style. Their menu features traditional Catalan dishes of fish and meat variations. On Thursdays they serve the classical paella and on Fridays escudella i carn d olla , the typical local stew with sausage and other meats served with vegetables and pasta or rice.
