During the day, the customers are mostly local office workers who come for the good-value set menus. The service is efficient and cordial and the cuisine is creative and unusual, featuring dishes such as kangaroo with mushroom sauce and Castro sirloin steak plus a great variety of meat and fish dishes as well as vegetable soups. At night it is frequented more by gay people as it is located very near to many of the city's gay bars and clubs.
