The café-like ambiance puts patrons at ease, as they study the menu. Regulars rave about the mildly-spiced humus, fresh-meat shawarma, Baba Ghanouge and char-grilled chicken—all come with a variety of savory dips. Though wine is served, it would be fitting to accompany your meal with one of the fresh fruit juices, in keeping with the organic theme.
