Run by adventurous new-wave chef Carles Abellán, this is one of the city's newer and more interesting tapas bars. It seems outwardly traditional, but it turns out fun and unique items like "McFoie Burgers" and tostadas con trufas (truffle toast), alongside delicious homemade croquetas de jamón (ham croquettes), albondigas (meatballs), callos (tripe), and rabo de buey (oxtail) tidbits. It also serves great breakfasts.
