• On this day trip from Barcelona, you will explore the historical city of Girona and see the hometown of renowned surrealist painter Salvador Dali including a visit to the Teatre-Museu Dali.

  Your first stop is the historical city of Girona. The houses situated at the very edge of the Onyar river and the bridges which span it, are no doubt one of the most authentic and spectacular sights of Girona.

  While here, you will enjoy a two-hour guided tour of the Jewish quarter of the city. Explore the Arabian baths, Roman building inspired by the Roman public baths with three rooms, each with a different temperature of water in their swimming pools. In spite of the presence of elements of Muslim origin, the construction corresponds to Romanesque.

  After your visit you will continue to Figueres, hometown of Salvador Dali for some free time to explore the area. Your admission to the Teatre-Museu Dali and "Dali joies" is included in your tour. Lunch is followed by a visit to the Dali Museum, which houses one of the largest collections of Dali's work in the world. The building itself can be considered a work of art - an absolute must for art lovers!
