Tower of Ribes Red

• The Torre de Ribes Roges (Tower of Ribes Red) is located on the river of San Juan, near the Ribes Roges beach. This tower was built in the later part of the nineteenth century during the third Carlist War and was reconstructed to be an art space dedicated to the Mediterranean and the sailors. Guinovart, who was the author of the project and has distinguished the first floor of the tower to mark the epic memory of the sea. The floor of the first floor of the tower is carved motifs of the blue sea. Guided tours of this monument is arranged on every second Sunday of each month.
