For entrance to Sagrada Familia, you can buy your tickets on-line at the following link from ServiCaixa.

A good idea is to be there as soon as they open, 9am.

But it's even better to buy your ticket ahead of time in a "Servicaixa" ATM (the yellow ones in La Caixa bank, with a Miró star for logo). It must be done at least 2 days prior to your visit, but once you have the ticket, you just skip the line and use a special entrance for Servicaixa Tickets, right beside the long line!

Or, you can also hire a private licensed tourguide: they are allowed to skip any lines as long as their group isn't bigger than 10 people!

Yes, the earlier you go the better. It's also really cool to see at night, and people don't often think of that possibility for a night time activity.
