I'm sorry to disagree with Lluís...
In Barcelona Friday 6th and Monday 8th are holydays (as well as Sunday, because it's a Sunday), but NOT Saturday 7th.
As any Saturday, most shops will be open (small ones might close after 2pm though), and museums and other sites will be closed. Restaurants are fully working.
On Sunday and Monday shops will be closed, art museums will open in the morning on Sunday but on Monday it's best to check on each one before going. The Gaudí sites are open all day. And restaurants... that depends on each restaurant as some usually chose Sunday or Monday as their day off. So if your favorite restaurant is closed, you'll be able to find alternatives.
Hope that helps! Please rate my answer!
Thank you so much!

April 7th will be a Holiday Day. Most of shops will be closed and museums and other public institutions will close in the afternoon.

Good Friday and Monday are holidays but saturday would be like any other saturday in the year. Most of the shops and restaurants will be open during that day.
On sunday afternoon and monday morning the museums are close. So in case you want to go shopping please go on saturday. My suggestion would be to visit on saturday Barcelona ´s old town with the food markets, cathedral, shops in the old town , and then on monday that you can visit the Güell Park, Sagrada Familia and Paseo de Gracia with the Milà and Batllló buildings.
Please enjoy your stay in Barcelona
