When we were in Barcelona recently, we had a pastry at the Farga Deli and Bakery that had a cream filling, was covered with toasted almonds and the waitress said they were called Sora. Does anyone know of a recipe that's similar? They were Wonderful. Thanks.

It's not "sora", it's SARA.
I found it in Spanish, but you can find many only translation engines so it shouldn't be a problem:
