Need to book walking tour of Picacco for today's date, March 3, 2011. How do I? All onlime tour companys do not list today as option.

I doubt you can book any tour online for the same day.
Just go to the tourist office in Plaça Catalunya at the tour starting time and cross fingers to find any available ticket left.
