Yes of course.
In case you want to eat tapas my recomendation would be EL BORN neighborhood where you can find many tapas restaurant.

Montiel is wonderful on c/Flassaders. There's also El Salon in the Gothic Quarter and Solero which is also in the Born. If you're into meat, Chacha and El Foro are awesome. If you want to spend a bit more Comerc 24 and L'Academia are good options.
