Try El Atril, Solero or El Salon, they're all in the Gothic and Born areas, great food and decently priced.

you will just have to get out of the most frequented touristic areas. Normally in every quarter you will find that kind of restaurant. Choose a middle class quarter and stroll around it, you will find somethin good over there for sure

THERE AREN´T "NON TOURISTS" RESTAURANTS IN BARCELONA BECAUSE BARCELONA ITSELF IS A VERY TOURISTIC CITY. WE "LOCALS" AND TOURISTS GO TO TE SAME RESTAURANTS. BUT FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY FOR LUNCH YOU CAN FIND ANYWHERE PLENTY OF RESTAURANTS OFFERING LOCAL MENUS FOR AROUND 10€ FOR THE WORKERS. THE WEEKEND GO TO THE VILLA OLIMPICA OR THE MARINA TO ENJOY A GOOD SEAFOOD AND PAELLA AS WE DO ON SUNDAYS.
ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!!

It really is hard to find places with no tourist in the city center. There your only option is to try and find places with locals mixed with tourists, instead of just tourists.
But if you really want to mix with locals just take the subway, any line, and ride at least 4-5 stops away from the city center or a major tourist site/beach area. Then walk around until you find a local bar featuring their "menú del dia": you get to choose one starter, one main course and dessert for 10-12euro, and often drinks and bread are included. Beware though that the waiters will not be likely to speak any English.
