You can you go to El Corte Inglés , the most important spanish department stores where they have t.-shirts from many of the spanish football teams.

There are plenty of places where you can find it. I'd dare saying almost every single souvenir shop in town has them. In theory, they are all official as the police works hard to confiscate counterfeits.
The largest selection is found of course in the shop of the Camp Nou stadium (that's a fun thing to do if you are travelling with your kids!), but as my colleagues say you can also find official stores in Pl. Catalunya and any Corte Ingles department store.
There are also official stores next to the Sagrada Familia (Provença street) and in Jaume I street (Gothic Quarter).
