User Review:
- If you walk down Hertzl St. (going towards Tel Aviv), you can see the White Mosque from almost anywhere you go. It might take you some time to get there, because you'll want to go into the shuk (market) for a falafel...one of the best that you can find in Israel. After that you might find yourself at a Buchari bakery, on 3 Abba Achimeir St. Telephone: 08-921-5886 (get someone to converse in Hebrew for you...) and even though you might not be hungry, you know that you will be later. You won't find this kind of bread anywhere else in the country. You might in Bucharia... Ramla has a varied community, and if you walk it's streets to the White Mosque, and climb up to the vantage point, second to none in the country, you might learn something about the country you have come to see.
