Description:
Located about a kilometer (a half-mile) south of the city center, this house dates from 1883. Constructed of honey-colored blocks of Bath stone, it lies on a hillside with sweeping views over the world-famous architecture of Bath. The owners transformed it from a villa in disrepair to one of the most charming small hotels in Bath. Furnishings are an eclectic but unpretentious mix of objects. The small to medium-size bedrooms feature double-glazed windows; there's also a three-tiered garden with patio.
