Besides its history, Mirabelle is a four-star restaurant serving uniquely enticing dishes in a comfortable "home style" environment. Renowned Master Chef/owner, Daniel Joly, brings his much acclaimed cooking skills to the restaurant and strives to make every guest's dinning experience one that will leave them completely satisfied and awaiting for their next visit. The menu at Mirabelle is separated into several different sections which each contain four course meals. You can choose to start with the Trio tasting of Salmon, with a Jumbo shrimp à la plancha, followed by the Roasted Pheasant, and topped it off with a Peach "chibouste" tarte.
