Snowshoe Shuffle

• Not only is this snowshoe race the largest in North America, but it also ranks as one of the highest. The race itself takes place at Eagles Nest on Vail Mountain at over 10,000 feet, and now attracts thousands of competitors. The race is open to all levels, providing, of course, that you have snowshoes. Division levels range from the highly competitive "get-out-of-way" 5k and 10k, to the family-friendly one-mile trot. Each of these races takes place on different dates. All proceeds benefit the Women's Cancer Resource Coalition. This race is held on Sunday at 11am.
