- Located directly below sister restaurant Hatsune, Kagen specializes in shabu-shabu (Japanese hot pot) and yaki niku (Japanese BBQ). Each table is assigned a private server to attend guests' barbequed dishes and advise on the best combination of flavors. Popular dishes include Kal-bi (Kobe) beef steak, fresh sashimi and grilled prawns. The restaurant décor is very modern and contemporary with steel tables and granite floors.
