  • Beijing's Vietnamese cuisine is well represented with amazing, authentic and delicious restaurants that span the culinary width of the Vietnamese cooking traditions. From noodles to vegetable dishes and meats in heavy sauces, the food is well worth the fame.

Nuage, on lake Hou Hai, is one of the more romantic places in the city for a date. With an old Vietnamese-Chinese feel, this giant hutong-style interior offers rickshaw seating, a great wine list, and perfectly cooked egg rolls.

Nam Nam is one of the higher ranked Vietnamese restaurants in Beijing, with a large crowd of avid fans and return customers. You'll find the place packed every night of the week and the sound of happy slurping echoes off the walls.

Va Va Voom not only has one of the more imaginative names for a Vietnamese restaurant, but the food is innovative and fresh as well. The stark decor isn't exactly child friendly, but adults love the atmosphere and time away from little johnny.

Le Little Saigon and Muse are French-Vietnamese restaurant medleys with a great balance of Thai and French culinary arts and tastes blended together into one delicate fushion of perfection. The places have great location and a hearty crowd of Vietnamese and French who can attest to the authenticity of the cuisine.
