Beijing Capital Airport is located in the north-western part of Beijing. Connected to the main part of town with a special Airport Express metro, you'll find you can connect anywhere in the city quickly and without hassle. So, for fine dining around the airport all you need to do is hop on the Express and you'll be downtown within minutes. Still, if you decide to leave the airport by cab for food, these restaurants are quite close.
Cafe Lakeside is known for its beautiful outdoor seating that appeals to children and adults. A romantic place that is also kid friendly is hard to find, but Cafe Lakeside manages to pull it off!
For vegetarian cuisine, Elaine's, near the airport, is a great option for those who don't like to eat the dead.
Not far from the Airport Express terminus point at Dongzhimen you'll find Frank's Place, a great hang out bar and restaurant owned by Frank himself, the man who brought western bars and pubs to Beijing.
