So, they chose the best of best, and opened a snack bar/restaurant featuring fish n chips. With fat chips and large hunks of fried fish, it seems British food just might catch on in Beijing. Fish Nation also serves pizza, salad, and a little taste of Asia with tempura. Drizzle your meal in vinegar, or for the less devoted, ketchup or garlic sauce. And just like in Britain, the meal can come wrapped in newspaper, although this one is printed up specially for wrapping food.
