The lovely French food here pretty much sticks to traditional lines. Dishes are light, but filling, and resident chef Guillaume Galliot is a stickler for good ingredients -- it took him seven months to find a local vegetable supplier that was up to his standards. The menu changes every season. We highly recommend the roasted cod with truffle macaroni cèpe emulsion. The cod melts at the touch of your fork and the sauce is flavorful but not too heavy. The ambience, with generic elevator music, leaves a little something to be desired. The restaurant doesn't really have a space of its own, but is separated from the main lobby by opium bed seating; the narrow layout makes you feel like you're in a brightly-lit hallway that just happens to serve fine food.
