The chefs and owners have changed over the past one and a half centuries, but the food remains just as tasty. Check their trademark Grilled Mutton with its eight different flavors that will not disappoint you. Also, the hottest dishes on the menu are chicken, sea food, duck and delicacies with Qing Zhen flavor like the Sesame Seed Cake, one of the best Chinese delicacies. If you are lucky enough to get a table next to a window on the 2nd floor, then you will be able to enjoy your meal while looking across the water and perhaps even spot a lotus.
