- The food is great. Try the guacamole, nachos and fajitas, as well as a selection of salads and lighter snacks. And don't forget the pizza! Jambalaya and Cajun salmon are suspiciously north of the border cuisine, too. The dim lighting, candles and rainbow-colored tablecloths add a festive flair. But hey, the waitresses speak no Spanish, and the customers are not Mexican.
