Description:
- Built shortly after the Forbidden City in 1409, the Imperial Granary was the storehouse for the capital's agricultural wealth. The massive complex has been put to many uses in its 600 years of use. During the Republican era it was a weapons storehouse. Now, it serves as a cultural complex of theaters, walking streets and history.
