Try "Liang Zi Jian Shen", it's a Chinese Massage chain store and you can google or baidu it to get the locations,

i do not take massage or facial. the best way to get to know this is to search in google,i guess.such as "the best massage and facial in beijing".then look through the reviews.

It's subjective of course, so doubt you can find the 'best place', but i've always enjoyed Long Island (www.longislandspa.com.cn) or Bodhi (菩提 http://www.bodhi.com.cn) , which are both aesthetically nice and offer free drinks / snacks with the massage.
