Al Falamanki offers traditional Lebanese food in an exceptionally elegant atmosphere. Favored by locals since it first opened it's a place where ladies meet, men stay for hours to play cards of backgammons, people come to eat, drink, socialise and smoke seven different kinds of nagiles. In warm weather daybeds are placed on the terrace but there is also ample seating in doors. Many memorabila of Khalil Al Falamanki, the father of the present owner are displayed around the restaurant. Due to his work for Egyptioan business man Tarek Fakhry, Khali met and became the friend of many international celebrities like Alfred Hitchcock.

Zaatar w Zeit (means: Thyme and oil) is an affordable place to have a lovely breakfast during any time in the day or the night, as they open 24-hrs. Try the traditional Lebanese Manooche, or go a bit to the edge to have scrambled eggs with labne (dried Yogurt), tomato, cucumber and olives. You can also have other dough made items, in addition to the Lebanese Fattouch salad. They have different selection of juices, drinks and deserts. I highly recommend it.
