College group

We were thinking of bringing a group of college students to Belize. Part of an "Adventure" course. 7 days. May 2010. What "exciting" excursions are available/pricing? Scuba, Extreme zip lines, kayaking, rapelling/rock climbing are all areas of interest. Mayan ruins possible as well. Any information on how to fill the days would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
