• Schleusenkrug used to be a sleepy café on the banks of the Tiergarten canal, visited by a handful of pensioners on Sunday afternoons. A few years ago however, the location was discovered by young Berliners who now hang out here at weekends. Nets, anchors and plastic fish make up the decor. The real attraction is the outdoor terrace which can get very full at weekends. A good chill-out destination!
