Description:
- The strange sounding name "Upstalsboom" comes from the old North German word for the large tree in the middle of a village which travelers tied their to horses at the end of a hard day's ride. In Berlin, this tree is situated close to the Ostbahnhof train station - for those arriving by train rather than on horseback. The rooms in this modern hotel are not particularly spacious, but are comfortably furnished. There is also a sauna where exhausted travelers can recuperate.
