• Opened in December 2007, Maiboomboom is a stylish Sushi and Cocktail bar with trendy Asian interior design. Wall-size images of a Tokyo street decorate this modern establishment and even sex scenes from a Japanese film are shown here. The savory sushi creations are called after several Japanese movies and carry names like "Eleven Hungry Cats". Asian finger food, salads and beef & chicken dishes are served in addition to sushi. Maiboomboom's "Sushi Berlin Roll" has already become a highlight on their menu as almost every customer is asking for it. By the way 'Mai boom boom' means 'light work, much success' and who wouldn't want some of that with their sushi?
