Description:
- In this restaurant, traditional Southern German cuisine has been reinvented. Old recipes have been improved with ingredients from all over the world. Obligatory Flammkuchen has been refined with an Italian Gorgonzola sauce to introduce the traditional dish to the 21st Century. Even though the interior screams of cliches of the south, it is meant to be ironic. That's one of the reasons this restaurant became a hotspot among Berlin's hipster crowd.
