Description:
- A magnanimous floor area of 112,000 square meters makes Federal Ministry Of Finance one of the biggest office buildings in Berlin. Designed by Ernst Sagebiel, it was erected in 1935-36 within one and a half years. This edifice marks the significance of the Four-Power Agreement on Berlin which was signed here in 1971. It has supported project "RegEnergy" which secured the availability of efficient regional energy systems for sustainable regional development. The Ministry of Finance will continue to enhance the development of democracy and market economy in Central and Eastern European Countries.
