Is there a castle/palace on the train line between Berlin and Frankfort?

Hi there!
There are virtually hundreds of castles along that way. Unfortunately you won't seen any (if any) of them if you take the high speed train ICE and taking regional trains is not an option. I recommend to pic out a place along the way and plan your trip there including maybe an over night stop.
