  • Royal Bermuda Yacht Club is a private club, which was established in 1844 by members of the British Army. Exclusively for members and guests, the club hosts the famous Newport-Bermuda Race, which is an exciting yacht race. The club has its own marina (Point Pleasant) where yachts are docked for $3 per foot. The Terrace restaurant at the club serves buffet meals with a forever changing menu. Events, such as Christmas Boat Parade, live performances, comedy shows, balls and quizzes take place round the year.
