Gourmanderie Café Moléson

• It looks like your basic cafe, but the food at this joint is rather uncafe-like. Market-fresh ingredients and a skilled preparation go into the pleasing dishes, attracting politicians from the Swiss Parliament and even artists (a combination that probably wouldn't be compatible elsewhere). The friendly staff speaks English and will guide you through their specials of the day. Slices of cold organic veal roast are served with a tuna fish cream sauce, and you can also feast on fresh-roasted lamb from the neighboring meadows as well as grilled organic salmon steak in a creamy foam sauce with spinach, cherry tomatoes, and lemon-flavored rice.
