Description:
- Parroquia de los Santos Juanes is located in the Calle de la Cruz which used to be the street where all the other streets in the old part of the city converged. It was built in 1614, and was designed by Martinez Ibañez de Zalbidea. The style of this artistic monument is Biscayan Baroque, and the materials used were sandstone carved by stonemasons. It was restored in 1964. The main aim of building the church was to establish a base for a Jesuit foundation in Bilbao. Call for information on Mass timings.
