Barcelona’s Best Metro Stops

Barcelona’s a city with one of the most accessible underground transportation systems in the world. It’s intricately coloured metro lines makes for easy, fast and enjoyable commutes. Here’s a few metro ‘hot spots’ to check out on each line.

Yellow line: Barceloneta and Jaume I. The beach and the heart of the old city, respectively, the yellow line is one of the oldest and most convenient lines in Barcelona taking you along the coastline.

Green Line: Barcelona’s MOST accessible metro line, you can get to Parc Guell on the Vallcarca stop or play¬† tennis at Montbau.

Purple Line: Sagrada Familia...Gaudi’s famous church has its own metro stop!

Blue Line: The cleanest and the newest addition to Barcelona’s metro system. This line takes you to Barcelona’s biggest bus station, Sants Estacio (Sants Station).
