A visit to the mighty ruins of the Zeus Temple in Baalbeck is already an experience which will stay in your memory forever.

But, whilst there, you should not miss visiting the Baalbeck museum too. It’s located within the complex, next to the exit to your left. Admission is included in the general ticket.

What makes this museum so special is that it not only  provides  a brilliant overview of the history of the place but features exhibits which are displayed in a mystical light making you feel as if they are talking to you. Look at this head of a satry and you may understand what I am talking about.
