Rocky Mountain Sunset in Boulder
Nightlife — By Jess Steinitz on June 25, 2010 at 5:11 pmBoulder’s sunrises are a sight to behold. The mountains glow and warmth envelops the valley. However, they occur terribly early in the morning, which isn’t for everybody. Personally, I almost never see the sunrise, and when I do, it happens just as I’m trying to get to sleep.
Sunsets, on the other hand, are a daily pleasure (for me) in Boulder. The mountains create one of the most beautiful silhouettes imaginable, and after a hot summer day, it signals the beginning of a welcome, cool night.

Holy…! That’s really fantastic. Was there a thunder storm brewing?
No storm…just mountain summer strangeness! A thunderstorm would sure be welcome though.
