Shutterbugs and fans of lens-based artwork ought to hussle down to the Centro Cultural San Martin while the fantastic ‘Buenos Aires. 24 horas’ exhibit is on. The exhibition is curated by Ataúlfo Pérez Aznar, who chose the selection on show from a body of over 20,000 images compiled over the past 10 years for the annual ‘Gente de mi ciudad’ (‘People of my city’) contest. The selected photographs show a huge range of the variety of lifestyles and experiences in Buenos Aires, a massive city with an exciting visual landscape and a rich socio-economic demographic – ideal for creating interesting images. Check out some of the featured works here.
