Bashir playing contemporary versions of traditional Upper Egyptian folkloric music at After Eight. 10:00 pm ; minimum charge 60 LE.

French dance troupe Show Dance performing elaborate routines to music such as Gene Kelly, Nina Simone, Michael Jackson, and Broadway hits, at the Cairo Opera House. 8:00 pm ; 100 – 300 LE.

Urban Preachers playing R&B, soul and funk from the 70’s, at Cairo Jazz Club. 10:30 pm ; free.

Egyptian DJ Carlos spinning mainstream and underground house and trance at the Cairo Jazz Club. 10:30 pm ; free.

Renowned Egyptian composer and pianist Omar Khairat performing at al-Sawy Culture Wheel. 7:00 pm ; 50 / 35 LE.
