Food, What's New — By mattmcpherson on April 27, 2011 at 3:51 pm

Infusion is a restaurant in downtown Calgary (555 4 Avenue Southwest). Not many people know about it, most likely. It’s not in one of the busy Plus-15 walkways. It’s not on ground level, but is on the 2nd floor. It’s not near one of the major traffic areas, such as Bow Valley Square or TD Square. But, I go there all the time. Infusion is a cafe/deli. They make sandwiches, soups, and salads for the most part. It is a family run operation, with the owner, Tony, running the cash register everyday. He’s quite the personality: “Hello, Boss. What can I get for you, Boss?”  It’s a great place to eat lunch, if you’re downtown and don’t want to spend much or battle the professional lunch crowd. The Asian noodle soup is only $6.95, but I could eat it everyday.
