The Ritz-Carlton Cancun, arguably Cancun’s best and most luxurious hotel, has announced the start of an exclusive new fine dining experience, called Dine With the Chef. The 5-course meal will be held in the resort’s Culinary Center and only 12 people may participate, each night. Chef Rory Dunaway, the chef of the Culinary Center, will put on a gourmet cooking exhibition, while preparing the delicious 5-course dinner. Guests may participate throughout the evening, by assisting Chef Dunaway, or simply relax and enjoy the amazing, intimate dining experience.
Mediterranean, Mexican, and Southern (US deep south) are the 3 themed menus offered. Each menu is featured at least one night per week. The Mediterranean menu will be prepared on Tuesdays and Fridays, the Mexican menu will be made on Mondays and Thursdays, and guests dining at the Chef’s Table on Saturdays will enjoy Southern fare. Each meal will have wine pairings that compliment the cuisine and the selected wines will be from the same region as the food that is being prepared.
The program begin at 7:15pm when guests meet in the hotel lobby, donning aprons. After the group is assembled, they will stroll over to the Culinary Center where they will begin the extraordinary culinary event.
