Friday’s with Matisse

Events, What's New — By adimarcial on April 9, 2010 at 11:28 pm

Looking for a great way to wind down from the work week and ease into the weekend? Head over to the Art Institute, which is keeping its doors open until 8pm every Friday night through the run of the Matisse: Radical Invention, 1913-1917 exhibit. The exhibit will be housed at the Art Institute until June 20th, but do not put it off, it is a spectacular exhibit that travelers and locals should not take for granted.

The Art Institute is helping you celebrate the weekend by providing a cash bar in Gallery 150 every Friday from 5:30pm-7pmĀ  through the run of the exhibit. The bar will move to the Pritzker Garden during warm weather.

This is a lovely way to enjoy art and the end of the week with a few co-workers, friends, or alone. Happy Weekend!
