Tired of the same old Valentines Day dinner – looking for something to spice it up this year? Or are you visiting the city for the day of love and are looking for something to do before or after dinner? Some of Chicago’s best professional dance companies are ready to share tales of love this weekend. Check out these shows with a date, solo, or with a group of friends. They are shows everybody will enjoy!

Duets for My Valentine:

This “passionate, exciting evening of romantic dance” presented by Chicagoan, Mark Hackman, and Chicago Dance Crash, features dance works from dance companies around the city, all focused on the common theme of love. The show is at the large and comfortable Park West Theater, where you can reserve a table for two or a group, and sip on drinks from the full bar as you enjoy the dancers soaring on stage. The show is one-night only, so get your tickets and plan a great night out!

River North Dance Chicago – Valentine’s Weekend Engagement

Take this chance to see one of Chicago’s finest dance companies at the Harris Theater in Millennium Park downtown. The performance will feature a suite of steamy tangos, love duets by the Artistic Director, and other favorites from the company repertory.
