About:
Make sure the pub is quiet and the barman is not busy. Sit up at the bar counter and get talking to the barman. Tell him how you appreciate the fine art of pint pulling and that you have noticed his expert skills (compliments are appreciated). Then finally ask him to give you a demonstration. If you are really lucky he will invite you behind the counter, but this not usual.
